I was born and raised in Ibiza, and I have always felt very fortunate about it. I studied a Tourism Degree (Hotel Management )in Barcelona. When I was 24 years old, I moved to London, where I worked for a natural medicine and organic products company, supervising a department. During my two and a half years in London, I was strongly influenced by naturopathy.
In 2006, I traveled around India for seven months, where I completed an intensive course in Ayurveda (equivalent to two years of content), yoga, various Ayurvedic massage techniques, nutrition, and Panchakarma with Dr. Sibi George from Kerala, whose clinic was located in Dharamsala. This experience was deeply transformative and marked the beginning of my passion for natural medicine and integral health and well-being. Along the way, I continued studying different styles of yoga, meditation, and reiki. Travel has always been one of my passions, and I have always tried to combine it with courses and studies to expand my knowledge. After some years, I returned to India to Dr. Sibi George’s clinic in Kerala, Acharya Ayurgranam, to deepen my experience even further.When I came back to Spain, I decided to strengthen my skills in the tourism industry, where I held several good positions. At the same time, I began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at the European Atlantic University – Escuela Superior de Medicina Tradicional China (ESMTC) and Fundación Europea in Barcelona, the Spanish headquarters of the Beijing and Yunnan Chinese Universities, where I completed my degree.
Afterwards, I finished a postgraduate specialization course in Pain Management and Integrative Chinese Medicine with Javier Sánchez, Founder and Director of CEMOS in Barcelona.
As complementary studies, I completed:

I also went to Kunming, China, to complete my clinical practice at the Provincial University Hospital, training under experts in Traumatology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Acupuncture, including Dr. Wu, Dr. Ma, and Dr. Jiang Yu Wu. Additionally, I collaborated as part of my clinical practice with Guang An Meng Clinic, the Multiple Sclerosis Association in Barcelona, the Yinyang TCM  Clinic in Girona (with Quim Planas, director of of the  clinic and ESMTC teacher), and in Ibiza.

During the past ten years, I have worked in 5-star hotel spas, most of them thermal spas. My first job was at the W Hotel (Starwood) in Barcelona, and my most recent one was as Spa Manager at Nobu Ibiza Bay by Six Senses. I completed two spa openings in the last three years. Over this period, I enhanced my bodywork training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, Balinese massage, and shiatsu, as well as received high-level training in body and facial treatments.

In 2018, I launched my personal project as Manager and Specialist Practitioner at The Wellbeing Art Ibiza,offering professional-quality services and Integrative Chinese Medicine / Acupuncture clinic and wellness consultancy, along with combined disciplines,treatments and therapies. I also work as an International Visiting Practitioner at luxury resorts around the world.
